If you have never used the Web Helpdesk before then you will need to create a new account.
To create a new account visit the Web Helpdesk login page and click on the new account button.
You will then be asked to enter some details about yourself and also be asked to choose a password for your account.
Your Username for the Web Helpdesk will be the email address that you entered in the registration form.

You can request new passwords by text message from your mobile phone. Just text your request to +447624804635
Your query should be in the format: HELP, NAME OF SYSTEM, FULL NAME, STUDENT NUMBER
For example If you need a new password for your email, just text us: HELP email John Smith M00123456
For data protection reasons we will only send passwords to the mobile phone that is registered on your MISIS record.
